Management of recruitment platforms and systems such as PLAME A maritime industry company is seeking a candidate to fill the position of HR Assistant. **Requirements**: \-Gender: Female \-Age: Between 25 and 40 \-Graduate of a technical program in Secretarial Studies, Administration, or related field. \-Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (minimum) \-Basic-to-intermediate English proficiency \-Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Assistant \-Availability to work Monday through Friday, on-site in the district of San Borja, from 9 AM to 6 PM (with a 1-hour lunch break) \-Knowledge of: HR Management (mandatory) Accounting (desirable) **Responsibilities**: \-Online and/or on-site document management. \-Tracking and updating records, reports, and management requests issued by the General Management and/or Management Assistant. \-Tracking of subsidies \- Essalud \- Must have experience managing PLAME, SUNAFIL, personnel recruitment platforms, among others. \- Management of attendance logs, vacation records, memoranda, and other HR-related documents. \- Support in other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. \- Number of vacancies: 01 \- Immediate hiring.
