




Job Summary: Human Resources Assistant to provide administrative and HR support to the General Manager, maintaining up-to-date documentation and records, and coordinating with accounting. Collaboration in recruitment and employee welfare activities. **Job Objective** To provide administrative and human resources support to the General Manager, ensuring timely maintenance of employment documentation, administrative records, and coordination with accounting—done in an organized and reliable manner. We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join our team. **Responsibilities:** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Attendance tracking, vacation management, leave processing, overtime calculation, and EMOS for employees. * Organizing and managing personnel files, contracts, pay slips, physical/digital archives, other documents, and providing advance alerts. * Supporting recruitment processes: posting job advertisements, initial CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up (non-recurring). * Assisting in organizing internal activities and employee welfare initiatives. * Knowledge of and ability to draft policies and procedures. * Conducting recruitment and selection processes according to needs/requirements, coordinated with immediate supervisors or requesters. * Coordinating, organizing with responsible parties and/or involved departments, and conducting onboarding for new staff. * Scheduling and implementing team-building activities with employees, such as birthday celebrations, work anniversaries, festivals, leisure or recreational events. * Preparing letters, memoranda, and other documents per RIT, in coordination with the immediate supervisor. * Opening salary savings accounts and CTS accounts. * Assisting in preparing documentation related to employee termination. * Communicating employee onboarding, transfers, or movements across the entire group. * Reviewing and verifying all information provided by employees; safeguarding and maintaining custody of each employee’s personnel file and keeping it updated.
