Position Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to lead and supervise administrative and human resources management processes, ensuring the achievement of departmental objectives. Provide support in employee well-being and workplace climate We are currently looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to lead and supervise the organization's administrative and human resources management processes, ensuring the achievement of departmental objectives. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise recruitment and personnel selection processes. * Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and personnel document control. * Manage employment contracts, renewals, and administrative follow-up. * Coordinate internal requirements with various departments of the company. * Prepare HR department management reports and indicators. * Provide support on employee well-being, workplace climate, and personnel administration. * Supervise compliance with internal policies and procedures. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or higher in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Experience leading recruitment and personnel administration processes. * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel. * Strong organizational skills, leadership ability, and effective communication skills. **Benefits:** * Formal payroll registration. * Positive work environment. * Professional growth path. * Ongoing training opportunities. **Location:** Santiago de Surco – Lima.
