REQUIREMENTS * Student in the final cycles or graduate of Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. * Prior experience in Human Resources, personnel selection, or administration is desirable. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Organized, responsible, and proactive. * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. * Availability to undertake internships in San Juan de Lurigancho. RESPONSIBILITIES * Support recruitment and personnel selection processes. * Post and manage job openings across various platforms. * Conduct resume screening and coordinate interviews. * Assist in tracking personnel documentation. * Maintain up-to-date employee files and records. * Support attendance tracking and other HR administrative tasks. * Provide support for activities specific to the Human Resources department.
