Human Resources Manager **Company:** 20 PRO MOBILES / TRADING MOBILES IMPORT Job Description We are currently looking for a **Human Resources Manager** to lead the HR department of our companies, which operate across multiple national locations. You will be responsible for managing the full HR cycle, ensuring proper personnel administration, compliance with Peruvian labor regulations, and developing strategies to attract and retain talent. Responsibilities * Lead the Human Resources department. * Design and implement recruitment and selection processes. * Supervise hiring, contract renewals, and employee separations. * Monitor attendance, vacations, leaves of absence, and disciplinary actions. * Coordinate with Accounting for payroll preparation and social benefits. * Develop internal policies, regulations, and procedures. * Design and deliver training and onboarding programs. * Implement performance evaluations and HR metrics. * Conduct periodic visits to various company locations. * Provide labor-related advisory support to management and department heads. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related fields. * Minimum of **3 years’ experience leading a Human Resources department**. * Knowledge of Peruvian labor legislation. * Experience in mass recruitment and personnel administration. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate or advanced level). * Willingness to travel to company locations as required. * Leadership, organizational skills, and ability to work under objective-based performance.
