Development of schedules and coordination with operational departments At **Schneider Ingenieros S.A.C.**, we seek to hire an **Industrial Engineer with a specialization in Logistics**, focused on operations management, planning and coordination of activities for our electrical projects and services. We seek an organized, analytical professional with strong coordination skills who can monitor scheduled activities, ensure the availability of resources and materials, and provide support to Operations and Projects departments. **Main Responsibilities** * **Develop, schedule and monitor activity and work schedules**, coordinating with the Operations department and technical staff, and verifying adherence to established deadlines. * Coordinate the availability and transportation of materials, tools, equipment, and other resources required for each service. * Manage project logistics requirements. * Coordinate with the warehouse regarding dispatch and availability of materials and equipment. * Monitor delivery of materials and resources to construction sites or field locations. * Coordinate mobilization of technical personnel to various projects. * Support fieldwork planning and resource allocation. * Identify delays, needs or incidents that may affect scheduling and promptly communicate them to the relevant department. * Prepare progress and activity monitoring reports. * Propose improvements to logistics and operational processes. * Maintain up-to-date information regarding scheduling, resources, and service progress. * Coordinate with various departments to ensure completion of scheduled activities. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or professional title in **Industrial Engineering**. * Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, operations, planning or project coordination. * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in **Excel**. * Knowledge of schedule development and monitoring. * Ability to organize and coordinate multiple activities simultaneously. * Prior experience in engineering, construction, electrical installation, or technical service companies is desirable. * Availability for on-site work. * Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and teamwork skills.
