Assistance in process improvement and operational documentation INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING INTERN – OPERATIONS AND CONTROL DEPARTMENT (Expertec Perú S.A.C.) Expertec Perú S.A.C., a company specializing in electrical and electromechanical project execution, is seeking an Industrial Engineering Intern to join its Operations and Administration team. The intern will support the management, analysis, and improvement of operational processes, project control, and performance indicator tracking. They will participate in activities aimed at resource optimization, cost control, and assisting in the preparation of management reports. Main Responsibilities: * Support monitoring of ongoing operational processes and projects. * Collaborate in project-based cost control and analysis. * Assist in developing management indicators (KPIs). * Provide support for process improvement and operational documentation. * Support consolidation of reports for decision-making. Requirements: * Final-year student in Industrial Engineering. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Basic knowledge of processes, costs, or project management is desirable. * Interest in engineering, construction, or industrial services sectors.
