* Evaluate and analyze projects and business cases, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and value generation for the company
* Prepare the CAPEX forecast for presentation to the Board of Directors, considering annual investments exceeding USD 200 million
* Manage and ensure compliance with methodologies, policies, and processes for investment evaluation and approval, promoting continuous improvement and standardization of decision-making criteria
* Participate in the consolidation and analysis of the Annual Capex Plan for presentation to the Board of Directors to validate the Company's Investment Plan and communicate it to the Parent Company (USD 700 million triennial)
* Develop and maintain PLINCO functionalities aimed at improving traceability, efficiency, and visibility of the investment process
* Design and implement a model enabling segmented allocation of the investment budget (CAPEX) by market, aligning investment decisions with the strategic, operational, and commercial objectives of each segment. Currently undergoing adoption of methodology by Management Control
* Support the Head of Investments in comprehensive area management, coordinating priorities, tracking team deliverables, and driving execution of strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
* Address requests for investment project evaluations to facilitate decision-making
* Other tasks assigned by the Area Management
**Candidate Requirements**

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, or related fields
* 3–5 years of experience in similar positions
* Knowledge of networks and/or Telecommunications is desirable
* Knowledge of Finance, Project Evaluation, and Accounting Concepts
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Advanced proficiency in English
