




Job Summary: We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst to provide remote support, triage incidents, and assist with sales systems management in the pharmaceutical sector. Key Highlights: 1. Provide solutions to incidents and support sales systems 3. 100% remote support On behalf of our client, a leading company in the pharmaceutical sector, we are looking for: **(1) Help Desk Analyst** **What are we looking for?** * Technical or university graduates in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of proven experience in remote technical support or help desk. * Basic knowledge of database queries (SQL). * Knowledge of BDA or BDA queries * Basic networking knowledge * Experience with ticketing tools (help desk) is desirable. * Immediate availability required **What will you do?** * Resolve incidents reported by sales points * Triage incidents reported to the development team * Support sales points in managing the sales system * Provide 100% remote support (no in-person user contact required) **What do we offer?** * Formal employment with full statutory benefits from day one * Salary: S/. 1300 per month (gross amount) * Remote work modality (with availability to attend in person when required) * Initial in-person training (2 weeks) in La Victoria, Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM; thereafter fully remote * Shift schedule: Rotating — Monday to Sunday (time range: 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM / 48 hours per week / 1 rest day per week) * Laptop and IT equipment provided by the consulting firm * Availability to work on public holidays * Opportunity to gain experience in the pharmaceutical sector and in supporting critical systems Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,300.00 per month Application Question(s): * In which district do you currently reside? * Are you currently studying?
