Join Marco's team and together co\-create strategies and solutions that shape people's lives in the Trade Marketing industry. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Plan demand for Service Centers * Monitor and supervise warehouse operations and local/national distribution * Supervise and manage the Order Desk and BPO teams * Manage and monitor audit and training processes for Service Centers: stock, procedures, warehouses, etc. * Monitor and manage invoicing from various suppliers. Implement process improvements across all assigned functions. **What profile are we looking for?** University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields Over 3 years of experience in process supervision/management, audit handling, supplier negotiations, process analysis and improvement. Experience with SAP (desirable). Required Skills: * Proficiency in Excel * Good English level: Upper-intermediate and/or advanced **What do we offer?** Market-competitive salary Formal payroll from Day 1, including all statutory benefits.
