We seek individuals with leadership attitude, customer orientation, and enthusiasm for professional development within the retail industry. **Responsibilities** * Supervise and manage daily store operations. * Open and close the store. * Ensure compliance with internal procedures and guidelines. * Monitor key operational and sales performance indicators. * Coordinate and support staffing organization within the store. * Supervise proper customer service delivery. * Be responsible for and lead inventory control and replenishment. * Verify store order, cleanliness, and visual presentation. * Coordinate with management and support departments on operational matters. * Assist in administrative and operational reporting. * Perform other duties assigned by immediate supervisor. **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a technical or university program in Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields. * Minimum of 6 months’ experience in retail, commercial, or similar sectors (preferred). * Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Availability for on-site work and rotating shifts. **Competencies** * Leadership. * Responsibility. * Organization. * Effective communication. * Customer orientation. * Teamwork. * Proactivity. **We Offer** * Salary: PEN 2000 + PEN 200 mobility allowance. * Formal employment registration with statutory benefits. * Career path opportunity. * Professional training and development. * Positive work environment.
