Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible Kitchen Assistant with a passion for gastronomy to support food preparation and cooking. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assistance in preparing dishes, sauces, and side dishes 2. Organization and preparation of ingredients 3. Team-oriented work environment with a service-oriented mindset Assist in preparing menu items (breakfast and lunch) Ensure appropriate quantities of supplies required for the day Prepare sauces, side dishes, and beverages Receive, inspect, clean, and distribute goods Wash, peel, and cut vegetables Mix ingredients, restock supplies, and assist in production Check inventory levels of supplies to be used during service as needed Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and storage area with guidance from the cook Other duties related to the position. Requirements: Six months of experience as a Kitchen Assistant Service-oriented, responsible, proactive, quick-thinking, well-organized, articulate, friendly, team-oriented, orderly, punctual, and passionate about gastronomy Reside in areas adjacent to Comas Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (including 1-hour break); days off: Sundays and holidays Salary: S/.1,300.00 - S/.1,400.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
