Academic Qualifications** * Certified Laboratory Technician or related field. * Proficiency in sample collection and biological specimen handling. **2\. Experience** * Minimum 2 years of experience in sample collection (arterial and venous blood, etc.). * Fieldwork experience. **3\. Technical Competencies** * Proper application of biosafety standards. * Knowledge of sample preservation and transportation. * Accurate data recording and sample labeling. **4\. Personal Skills** * Responsibility and punctuality. * Professional patient interaction. * Ability to work under pressure. * Organizational skills and adherence to assigned routes. * Ability to drive a motorcycle. * Experience as a motorcycle courier. **5\. Availability** * Immediate availability. * Working hours: 2 PM to 6 PM. Workplace: On-site employment
