Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents Legal Analyst At **Grupo Alac**, we are seeking a **Legal Analyst**, a professional with experience in corporate and contractual legal support, oriented toward legal risk analysis, prevention, and addressing the legal needs of various business areas. Responsibilities * Draft, review, and monitor commercial, civil, and other legal documents and contracts. * Provide legal support to various company departments regarding contractual, administrative, and regulatory inquiries. * Prepare reports, letters, communications, and other legal documents. * Monitor procedures, permits, and formalities before public entities and municipal governments. * Support the review of documentation related to procurement and commercial relationships with clients and suppliers. * Monitor judicial and administrative proceedings in coordination with external law firms. * Identify potential legal contingencies and promptly communicate associated risks to relevant departments. * Support the review and updating of policies, procedures, and documents related to compliance and corporate best practices. * Maintain up-to-date contract and legal documentation archives and controls. Requirements * Licensed attorney * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in roles such as Legal Analyst, Legal Assistant, or similar positions. * Experience drafting and reviewing contracts. * Knowledge of Corporate, Civil, Contractual, and Administrative Law. * Prior experience handling procedures before public entities and municipal governments is desirable. * Prior experience monitoring legal proceedings and coordinating with external law firms is desirable. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Strong analytical, organizational, follow-up, and attention-to-detail skills. **Work Location:** On-site employment **Compensation:** Up to **S/4,000**, depending on experience.
