Excellent technical writing skills and legal analytical ability **Position Description** A legal consulting firm seeks an **attorney with studies in civil procedural law**, who is organized, proactive, responsible, and experienced in monitoring judicial and administrative proceedings. **Requirements** * Academic qualification: Licensed attorney * Minimum documented experience of 2 years in judicial process monitoring, case file management, and handling of legal procedures. * Documented experience in law firms or corporate legal departments. * Preferred knowledge areas include Civil Law, Civil Procedural Law, Real Rights, Administrative Law, Labor Law, and Registry and Real Estate Law. * Required profile: Excellent technical writing skills, clear communication, strong legal analytical ability, organized, detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and capable of teamwork. * Proficiency in digital tools of the judiciary, SUNARP, and others. * **Immediate availability.** * **Required:** Proof of experience via certificates, official letters, or other documents; attach the Unique Labor Certificate (CUL) and professional references.
