Positive work environment and support throughout the learning process At C\&R Integral Service S.A.C., a company specialized in telecommunications engineering and services, we are seeking a Logistics Assistant focused on operational management, material control, and optimization of logistics processes for field projects and operations. We are looking for Industrial Engineering professionals interested in developing their careers in logistics and supply chain, with strong organizational, analytical, and operational tracking skills. Main Responsibilities * Support material, equipment, and tool control and tracking for projects. * Record and update material receipts, issuances, and stock levels in ERP systems and Excel control dashboards. * Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and operational staff to ensure timely material delivery. * Prepare logistics reports, inventories, and project-based consumption controls. * Support logistics documentation management: shipping guides, requisitions, and purchase orders. * Verify shipments, returns, and material transfers. * Participate in physical inventories and data reconciliation. * Provide support for logistics KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering. * Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, warehousing, operations, or material control. * Interest in pursuing a career in logistics, supply chain, or operations. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * ERP experience (e.g., CONTANET or similar) is desirable. * Analytical ability, organization, and process tracking skills. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Valid Class A1 driver’s license is desirable.
