At DEMMPRO S.A.C., we are looking for a Logistics and Import Assistant to join our team and support procurement, supply chain, and import operations, ensuring the timely availability of required materials, equipment, and supplies for project execution. We seek an organized, proactive individual with interest in professional growth within logistics and international trade. **REQUIREMENTS** * Graduate, final-year student, or technical diploma holder in **Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, International Business, or related fields.** * Minimum of **6 months** experience in logistics, procurement, supply chain, or import operations (preferred). * Basic knowledge of logistics processes, procurement management, warehouse operations, and inventory control. * **Knowledge or experience in import procedures**, tracking of international purchase orders, coordination with suppliers, and import documentation management (preferred). * Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. * Willingness to conduct supplier visits and fieldwork as required. * Strong organizational, planning, communication, and teamwork skills. * Proactive, responsible, and goal-oriented. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manage purchase requests for materials, equipment, and supplies from various company departments. * Conduct quotations, evaluation, and monitoring of national and international suppliers. * Support import process management and tracking, coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, logistics operators, and customs agencies. * Monitor purchase orders, delivery dates, and timely supply of materials. * Coordinate collection, dispatch, and delivery of materials, equipment, and supplies. * Verify physical condition, quantity, and status of received and dispatched materials. * Maintain up-to-date records of purchases, imports, suppliers, and logistics documentation. * Assist in inventory control and warehouse organization as needed. * Prepare basic reports and performance indicators for the logistics department. * Comply with company policies, procedures, and guidelines. * Perform other duties related to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **WE OFFER** * Formal employment registration in accordance with Peruvian labor law. * Opportunity for professional development. * Ongoing training. * Excellent work environment.
