Implementation of MLOps practices and regional collaboration. **Job Description** ---------------------- Design, build, and operate end\-to\-end Machine Learning pipelines on Amazon SageMaker 1\. Design, implement, and automate end\-to\-end Machine Learning pipelines on Amazon SageMaker (Pipelines, Processing, Training, Model Registry), from data ingestion to model deployment in production. 2\. Perform advanced feature engineering: exploration, selection, transformation, and creation of features from clinical and administrative data, using SageMaker Feature Store, Spark, and pandas to maximize model predictive power. 3\. Train, optimize, and evaluate Machine Learning models (classification, regression, time series, clustering, anomaly detection) using frameworks such as Scikit\-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, PyTorch, and native SageMaker algorithms. 4\. Implement MLOps practices on SageMaker: model versioning, CI/CD pipelines, data drift and model drift monitoring (SageMaker Model Monitor), automated retraining, and experiment management. 5\. Actively collaborate on Auna’s regional projects, participating in defining ML use cases, coordinating with teams across countries, and ensuring solution replicability across organizational operations. 6\. Integrate ML models into Auna’s production systems (HIS, ERP, CRM) via inference endpoints (SageMaker Endpoints, Lambda, API Gateway), ensuring availability, appropriate latency, and scalability. 7\.
