Job Description:** * At Rodrix Solutions, we are seeking technical personnel to join our maintenance and manufacturing team, operating actively at the industrial plant (Alicorp \- Callao Branch). This position involves preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, fabrication and installation of metal structures, and welding. **2\. Main Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment and facilities. * Support the fabrication and installation of metal structures. * Carry out welding, preparation, and assembly of industrial parts under supervision. * Comply with established industrial safety protocols at each plant. * Report completed work using company-provided formats. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **3\. Requirements:** * Students in final semesters or recent graduates of technical programs: Maintenance Mechanic, Metal Construction Mechanic, or Universal Welder. * Availability to work onsite (Alicorp\-Callao Branch), including shifts that may involve holidays or overtime as scheduled. * Minimum 6 months of experience (including pre-professional internships) in maintenance, fabrication, and/or oxyacetylene and electric arc welding. * Demonstrated responsibility, commitment, and professional growth orientation. * Preferred: Industrial welding certifications (AWS D1\.1 or other recognized structural welding certifications). **4\.
