Job Summary: Drive the development and growth of the talent portfolio by strategically managing their identity and personal brand, optimizing their social media performance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Talent portfolio development and growth 2. Strategic management of identity and personal branding 3. Metrics analysis to optimize talent performance Drive the development and growth of the assigned talent portfolio in collaboration with the agency, strategically managing their identity and personal brand. Make data-driven decisions based on deep metrics knowledge to optimize their performance and social media positioning. REQUIREMENTS: * Graduate in Marketing or Advertising. * Experience working with influencers (minimum 2 years at an agency/brand) * Strategic negotiation skills and an industry contact/brand network * Must reside in Lima - Peru WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: * Connect brands and creators to generate strategic opportunities. * Analyze metrics to optimize talent performance. * Identify and recruit talents aligned with the agency’s goals. * Manage and support a minimum portfolio of 5 talents. * Coordinate commercial campaigns and ensure their proper execution.
