We are continuously growing and committed to delivering excellence in patient care and helping our patients achieve healthy smiles. Currently, we are looking to hire a **Marketing Analyst** passionate about digital marketing, possessing analytical thinking and results orientation, who will contribute to the clinic’s growth through patient acquisition and retention strategies. Key Responsibilities: * Support the execution of marketing strategies focused on patient acquisition and retention. * Plan and manage the social media content calendar. * Manage the sales funnel (funnel) from lead generation to conversion into patients. * Administer and optimize advertising campaigns on **Meta Ads** and **TikTok Ads**, maximizing budget performance. * Coordinate marketing activities with the commercial team to ensure proper campaign execution. * Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. * Prepare periodic reports on campaign performance and present data-driven recommendations. * Research market trends and propose initiatives to strengthen the clinic’s positioning and growth. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Communications, or related fields. * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in similar roles. * Experience managing **Meta Ads** and **TikTok Ads** campaigns. * Intermediate-level proficiency in **Excel**. * Knowledge of digital metrics, data analysis, and report generation. * Experience in the healthcare sector is desirable.
