We are continuously expanding and committed to delivering excellence in patient care and helping our patients achieve healthy smiles. Currently, we are looking to hire a **Marketing Analyst** who is passionate about digital marketing, possesses analytical thinking skills, and is results-driven, to support the growth of our dental clinic. Key Responsibilities: * Plan the social media content calendar. * Support the execution of marketing strategies focused on patient acquisition and retention. * Support management of the sales funnel (funnel), from lead generation to patient conversion. * Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on **Meta Ads** and **TikTok Ads**, maximizing budget performance. * Prepare periodic reports on advertising campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in marketing. * Experience managing **Meta Ads** and **TikTok Ads** campaigns. Competencies: * Analytical thinking and results orientation. * Creativity and initiative to propose new strategies. * Planning and organizational skills. * Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
