Position Summary: We are seeking a Community Manager and Content Creator for a growing healthy lifestyle brand, responsible for bringing our content to life and managing our social media community. Key Highlights: 1. Instagram and TikTok content creation (filming, editing, design) 2. Community management and support for activations of a purpose-driven brand 3. An expanding project with genuine growth opportunities We are Edén Orgánico, a healthy lifestyle brand with an organic market and café. We are opening our second store in San Borja and looking for someone who will infuse soul into our content and help us grow both online and offline. **Your Responsibilities** * Create Instagram and TikTok content for both locations: filming, editing (CapCut), and designing (Canva). * Execute the San Borja store opening campaign. * Manage the community: comments, DMs, and WhatsApp. * Measure results and report on what works. * Support activations: workshops, fairs, and partnerships. **What We’re Looking For** * Graduate or undergraduate student in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field. * Proven experience managing social media and creating content (ideally in food, retail, or lifestyle sectors). * Proficiency in short-form video editing (Reels/TikTok) and Canva design. * Trend awareness, strong copywriting skills, and willingness to film on-site. * Experience analyzing metrics (Instagram/TikTok Insights). * Preferred: Genuine interest in healthy living. **What We Offer** * Formal employment (small business regime) with all statutory benefits. * Compensation of S/ 1500, commensurate with experience. * A rapidly expanding project with real growth potential. * A young team and a purpose-driven brand. **Does this sound like you?** Send your CV \+ portfolio or links to accounts you’ve managed to administracion@edenorganico.com with the subject line **"Marketing and Content"** or apply through this channel.
