Experience in events, activations, trade shows, and brand launches. **Marketing and Promotion Coordinator – GA.MA Italy Perú** At GA.MA Italy Perú, we are looking for a Marketing and Promotion Coordinator to join our commercial team and lead the execution of marketing, trade marketing, and brand positioning strategies. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 3–4 years of experience in similar roles. * Experience coordinating campaigns with clients, agencies, suppliers, and influencers. * Experience organizing events, activations, trade shows, and brand launches. * Preferred experience in retail, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), or professional beauty companies. * Availability for fieldwork and occasional travel. * Availability to work in Surco. **Responsibilities** * Plan and execute marketing and trade marketing strategies across various commercial channels. * Manage and monitor the marketing budget. * Coordinate digital campaigns, activations, events, trade shows, and brand launches. * Manage in-store visibility initiatives and POP materials. * Coordinate campaigns with influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators. * Supervise proper implementation of campaigns and brand guidelines. * Coordinate with agencies, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure correct project execution. * Prepare reports and performance analyses of campaigns and commercial activities. * Provide marketing support to the commercial and promotion teams. **Competencies** * Leadership * Effective communication * Proactivity * Organization and planning * Results orientation * Analytical ability **Benefits** * Full payroll registration from day one. * Salary between S/4,800 and S/5,500. * 100% covered EPS health insurance. * Profit-sharing participation. * Excellent work environment. * Professional growth opportunities.
