Coordination with suppliers and blog writing **XIMADIJO INMOBILIARIA**, a real estate company with over 15 years of experience in the market, is currently seeking top talent to join our outstanding team as a **Marketing Intern** for our projects located in **Santiago de Surco**. **Responsibilities:** * Support the development of 360º campaigns, both ATL and digital, for the real estate sector. * Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking of other brands, both digitally and via ATL. * Develop campaign proposals, ensuring adherence to established guidelines. * Support production efforts for various campaigns and coordinate with suppliers. * Write blog posts on industry news. * Create digital content. **Requirements:** * Preferred: Graduating or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields. * Preferred: Experience using social media platforms. * Intermediate-level Office software proficiency. * Ability to interact effectively with agencies and diverse internal departments. * Immediate availability to work (office located in Santiago de Surco). * Outgoing, charismatic personality with willingness to appear on camera.
