Position Summary: We are seeking a professional for the conceptualization, design, and formulation of projects, developing and managing BIM models for structural disciplines while integrating with other specialties. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in BIM modeling applied to structures in consulting firms. 2. Advanced proficiency in Revit Structure and Navisworks. 3. Teamwork and problem-solving skills. **Education:** *Technical or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.* **Experience:** *3 to 5 years of experience in BIM modeling for structural applications within consulting firms.* **Main Responsibilities:** * *Participate in project conceptualization, design, planning, and formulation by implementing and developing the BIM methodology within the structural discipline.* * *Develop the information models for the assigned project according to the requirements specified in the organization's BIM methodology, procedures, standards, and each project’s specific conditions.* * *Create and manage parametric families, as well as configure scheduling tables and modeling parameters.* * *Generate project drawings from 3D models.* * *Generate quantity take-offs from 3D models.* * *Integrate structural models with models from other disciplines to identify clashes or incompatibilities.* * *Collaborate closely with the project’s BIM Coordinator. Participate in ICE sessions.* * *Provide technical support related to project needs. Perform other duties inherent to the position, as assigned by the immediate supervisor.* **Knowledge*****:*** * *Advanced proficiency in Revit Structure and Navisworks.* * *Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory) and Civil 3D (preferred).* * *Familiarity with common data environments such as Autodesk Construction Cloud.* * *Knowledge of minimum requirements of national structural design codes (RNE) and international standards (ACI, AISC, etc.).* * *English language proficiency (preferred).* **Soft Skills:** * *Effective communication (oral and written).* * *Teamwork.* * *Problem- or conflict-resolution ability.* * *Adaptability to change.* Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
