Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced pattern maker to interpret designs, develop patterns, create size gradations, and optimize marker layouts. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in interpreting designs and developing base patterns. 2. Proficiency in marker making and pattern drafting (manual or digital). 3. Extensive knowledge of fabric types and material optimization. **Main Responsibilities:** * Interpret fashion sketches and design illustrations. * Develop base patterns and modifications (manual or digital). * Create size gradations and scaling. * Produce samples, fit tests, and pattern corrections. * Optimize marker layouts for maximum fabric utilization. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a pattern maker or pattern drafter (apparel/fashion industry). * Proficiency in marker making and pattern drafting (manual or software such as Audaces, Optitex, Gerber, etc.). * In-depth knowledge of fabric types, shrinkage, and garment drape. * Excellent attention to detail and precision in finishing.
