Job Summary: We are seeking a Pharmacy Technician to supervise, train, and support the sales team, ensuring compliance with sales quotas and promotions at retail locations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitor and supervise the performance of the sales team 2. Ensure compliance with sales quotas and promotions 3. Actively support staff training **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduates and/or holders of a Pharmacy Technician degree * Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmacies or drugstores, performing duties related to this position * Availability to work rotating shifts * Availability to work in the Chorrillos district **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Monitor and supervise the performance of the sales team across our retail locations * Ensure compliance with promotional quotas, recommendations of pharmaceutical, nutritional, and magistral products, and adherence to current promotions * Provide active support in staff training, reinforcing knowledge of complete treatment regimens, product displays (shelving), and sales techniques * Conduct regular visits to retail locations, provide continuous feedback, and prepare reports detailing findings and improvement opportunities **SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Saturday, rotating shifts **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment contract from day one, including all statutory benefits * Unlimited commissions * Statutory Life Insurance * Ongoing training programs Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
