Job Summary: Pescopescadería is seeking a waiter with strong customer service skills to perform various table service duties, from welcoming guests to processing payments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer service and order taking with kindness and respect. 2. Comprehensive table service management, from guest welcome to payment collection. 3. Quick resolution of questions and issues to ensure a satisfactory experience. Hello, we are Pescopescadería — we are growing, and therefore we are looking to fill the waiter position: Responsibilities: * Greet guests. * Escort customers to their tables. * Deliver menus. * Listen carefully and accurately record food and beverage orders. * Address questions regarding dishes, ingredients, or promotions. * Deliver orders to tables. * Verify that all items arrive correctly and in good condition. * Check whether guests require additional assistance. * Remove empty plates. * Maintain clean and orderly tables. * Communicate special requests. * Monitor delivery timing. * Present the bill. * Process cash, card, or app-based payments. * Clean tables and service areas. * Prepare cutlery, napkins, and utensils before service. * Be kind and respectful. * Resolve complaints or issues promptly. * And other duties as assigned. Rotating shifts: Monday to Wednesday: Morning shift 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM / Afternoon shift 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM Thursday–Friday and Saturday: Morning shift 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM / Afternoon shift 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM Sunday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Salary: Base: 1,130 Transportation allowance: 370 Visa tips: 450 or more per month (pooled).
