Positive work environment At SERMINGO Virgen de Copacabana E.I.R.L., we are currently seeking an immediate **Backhoe and Excavator Operator** to join our team in Pachachaca, Abancay. We seek a responsible, committed individual with proven experience in the safe and efficient operation of heavy machinery. Responsibilities * Operate backhoe and excavator in accordance with safety procedures. * Perform excavation, loading, and material handling tasks. * Inspect equipment operational status prior to shift commencement. * Report any malfunctions or maintenance requirements. * Comply with safety regulations and supervisor instructions. Requirements * Proven experience as a backhoe and excavator operator. * Valid driver's license (preferred). * Knowledge of safe heavy machinery operation. * Availability to work under the **50 x 10** schedule. * Willingness to work in **Pachachaca, Abancay – Apurímac**.
