Job Summary: We are seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in Neonatology, responsible for organizing and executing clinical care processes, preventing complications, and ensuring the safety of newborns with commitment and initiative. Key Highlights: 1. Minimum 1 year of experience in Neonatology and specialty 2. Proficiency in cardiopulmonary resuscitation for newborns 3. Ensure the integrity and safety of the neonate We are a healthcare clinic in Northern Lima currently undergoing expansion and strengthening of our health services. We are now seeking top talent to fill the position of: **REGISTERED NURSE (FEMALE/MALE) – Neonatology Department** **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 1 year of experience in Neonatology; Registered Nurse, duly licensed and registered with the Nursing Board (AUTHORIZED). * Neonatology specialty (mandatory) **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Organize, execute, and evaluate nursing care processes for newborns, adhering to established standards for efficient and responsible care. * Prevent complications or diseases that may interfere with the newborn’s normal development. * Proficiency in administering cardiopulmonary resuscitation to newborns. * Prepare nursing reports documenting functions and activities performed with the newborn and family. * Knowledge of state-of-the-art technology used in newborn care. * Ensure the integrity and safety of the neonate during their stay at the institution. * Record observations in the Clinical Record and medical history regarding events occurring during neonatal care. * Conduct nursing diagnoses for patients under neonatal care. **COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:** * Service orientation * Teamwork * Assertive communication * Commitment and initiative.
