Work environment with purpose and humane treatment On behalf of our client—a prominent evangelizing organization—we are looking for a **Nursing Technician** with a high service vocation to guarantee comprehensive care and physical well-being for their older adult population. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Clinical Monitoring:** Continuously monitor vital signs and the general condition of patients. * **Humanized Assistance:** Provide holistic accompaniment and empathetic treatment. * **Health Management:** Administer medications per prescription, manage medical appointments, and conduct timely clinical follow-up. * **Dietary Control:** Supervise meals and ensure strict adherence to prescribed diets. * **Documentation:** Prepare daily nursing reports and ensure continuity of care during shift handovers. **Profile Requirements:** * **Education:** Higher Technical Degree in Nursing (Mandatory). * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience as a nursing technician, assistant, or caregiver for older adults. * **Knowledge:** Proficiency in managing clinical records, administering medications, and maintaining clinical documentation. * **Tools:** Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Google Workspace tools. * **Skills:** Proactivity, adaptability, integrity, and strong collaborative work capacity. **Working Conditions and Benefits:** * **Work Location:** On-site in Surquillo. * **Schedule:** 2 days per week on 24-hour shifts. * **Additional Benefits:** Accommodation is provided (bedroom available on-site) during shift days.
