Job Summary: We are seeking a Nursing Technician to provide comprehensive care and nutritional guidance, conduct anthropometric assessments, and promote company services—with a focus on patient satisfaction. Commercial development and patient retention **Main Responsibilities** * Provide care and guidance to patients before, during, and after their nutritional assessment. * Perform anthropometric measurements, including weight, height, body mass index, body fat percentage, and other body composition measurements according to established protocols. * Properly operate bioimpedance scales, stadiometers, and other body assessment equipment. * Record patient information and maintain up-to-date medical records and relevant forms. * Coordinate appointments and follow up with patients to strengthen treatment adherence. * Promote and advise on company programs and services, identifying sales and retention opportunities. * Deliver warm, empathetic, and patient satisfaction–focused care. * Contribute to meeting commercial and service quality indicators. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper functioning of the consultation room and assigned equipment. * Prior experience in completing laboratory test requisition forms (preferred) **Requirements** * Technical Nursing degree. * Minimum 1 year of experience providing patient care in outpatient clinics, polyclinics, medical centers, or clinics. * Experience in anthropometric measurements and operation of bioimpedance scales. (not mandatory) * Commercial skills and experience in sales, customer service, or health service promotion. * Excellent communication, empathy, and ability to build trust with patients. * Basic computer skills. (Excel \-Word \-Microsoft basics) * Proactivity, responsibility, organization, and goal-oriented mindset. Salary: S/.1,300\.00 per month Experience: * Nutrition sector: 1 year (Desirable) License/Certification: * Graduate certificate (Mandatory) Work Location: Hybrid in Lima, Lima
