Position Summary: A professional in Human Nutrition or Dietetics to develop and lead technical-scientific presentations, train commercial staff, and manage clinical cases. Key Highlights: 1. Leads technical-scientific presentations and coordinates tasting sessions. 2. Designs educational materials and trains medical representatives. 3. Conducts comprehensive nutritional assessments and designs standardized interventions. ● Bachelor's or Licentiate degree in Human Nutrition or Nutrition and Dietetics. ● Prior experience in clinical nutrition, clinical research, teaching, or technical support within pharmaceutical/nutraceutical laboratories. (Not mandatory) ● Proficiency in anthropometric assessment and interpretation of laboratory test results. Knowledge of the nutritional care process. ● Intermediate/advanced proficiency in presentation tools (PowerPoint, Canva, Google Slides) and Google Office Suite. FUNCTIONS ● **Continuing Medical Education and Speaker:** Develop and lead technical-scientific presentations for healthcare professionals; coordinate tasting sessions of specialized formulas and nutritional modules according to the event plan. ● **Commercial Training and Development:** Design educational frameworks, instructional materials, and updated presentations; implement and evaluate the continuous training program for medical representatives (Lima and provinces) and newly hired staff. ● **Clinical Case Management and Protocols:** Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments of patients (anamnesis, anthropometry, bioimpedance analysis, and biochemical laboratory tests), calculate energy requirements, design standardized nutritional interventions, record data, and prepare reports for conferences. ● **Research and Clinical Trials:** Coordinate and conduct anthropometric evaluations in scientific studies, systematize follow-up data, and build impact indicators to assess intervention outcomes. ● **Scientific-Technical Support to Sales and Medical Affairs:** Prepare scientific justifications and arguments to address technical objections regarding the laboratory’s formulas. ● **Innovation and Development (R&D):** Analyze nutritional profiles and ingredient lists, and perform organoleptic analyses of comparative formulations to guide the development and optimization of new products. ● **Regulatory and Advertising Validation:** Support the review and validation of the scientific rigor of nutritional claims and commercial messages in marketing materials.
