At **La Delicia**, we are looking for a committed professional to fill the position of: **Nutritionist – Food Service Supervision Responsibilities:** * Supervise and validate compliance with established menus across assigned concessions, in accordance with nutritional, contractual, and operational criteria. * Verify proper food preparation, portioning, and distribution, ensuring nutritional balance and recipe standardization. * Ensure compliance with hygiene regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Hygiene Practices (GHP), and all applicable sanitary regulations at each service location. * Conduct periodic visits to concessions to evaluate service quality, food presentation, and staff practices. * Provide guidance and basic training to operational staff on nutrition, food handling, and good practices. * Support menu planning and updates according to concession type (schools, cafeterias, institutions, etc.). * Prepare technical reports and supervision summaries for management. * Coordinate with administrative and operations departments to ensure continuous service improvement. **Requirements:** * Professional degree in **Nutrition** (valid professional license). * Minimum **1 year** of experience supervising food services, concessionaires, collective feeding services, or institutional cafeterias. * Solid knowledge of **sanitary regulations, GMP, and GHP**. * Ability to work independently and conduct supervision at multiple service locations. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (preferred). * Organized, responsible individual with sound technical judgment and strong interpersonal communication skills. * Willingness to travel between concessions within Metropolitan Lima. **Benefits:** * Formal employment from day one, including all statutory benefits (MYPE regime). * Meals provided during working hours. * Compensation commensurate with experience and evaluation. * Positive work environment and opportunity for professional growth. * Professional development within an established food service company. **Employment Type:** Full-time **Work Location:** On-site employment / field supervision **Interested?** Apply now and become part of a team promoting healthy, high-quality nutrition!
