We are currently seeking an **Occupational Physician** to join our team. **Requirements** * Licensed and registered Medical Surgeon. * Minimum 4 years of experience in Occupational Health, with a Diploma or Master’s degree in Occupational Health. * Knowledge of current legal regulations – Law No. 29783 on Occupational Safety and Health. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (MANDATORY). **Competencies** * Proactivity in identifying risks, proposing improvements, and promoting preventive actions in occupational health. * Results orientation. * Teamwork and adaptability. * Customer orientation. * Excellent interpersonal skills and soft skills. * Professional ethics. Responsibilities * Ensure compliance with legal requirements related to Occupational Health. * Assess employees’ occupational fitness. * Conduct occupational medical surveillance. * Maintain up-to-date medical databases. * Manage training programs in Occupational Safety and Health. * Implement best practices for prevention of work-related accidents and occupational diseases.
