Teamwork and commitment to quality **Job Profile – Civil Works Personnel** **Job Objective:** To execute civil works tasks in mining and industrial projects, complying with the company's established safety, quality, and productivity standards. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education or technical studies related to Civil Construction (preferred). * Minimum 2 years of experience in civil works, preferably in the mining or industrial sector. * Experience in masonry, formwork, stripping, concrete pouring, plastering, bricklaying, finishing, excavation, and minor works. * Basic blueprint reading knowledge (preferred). * Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHMS). * Availability to work under the mining labor regime. **Main Responsibilities:** * Execute construction, repair, and maintenance tasks for civil infrastructure. * Perform excavations, leveling, and site preparation. * Execute formwork, stripping, and concrete pouring tasks. * Carry out masonry and finishing tasks according to blueprints and technical specifications. * Use assigned tools and equipment correctly. * Comply with safety procedures and PPE usage requirements. * Maintain order and cleanliness at the worksite. * Promptly report any unsafe conditions or acts. **Competencies:** * Teamwork. * Responsibility. * Proactivity. * Commitment to safety. * Quality orientation. * Adaptability and discipline.
