High-level mining project focused on safety and excellence **IGH is seeking an Operational Technical Evaluator for Lifting Operations** to work at a mining unit under a 14x7 regime, responsible for assessing practical and operational competencies in lifting operations while ensuring compliance with established safety and operational standards. **Academic Qualifications:** * Completed secondary education and/or technical training related to heavy machinery, industrial operations, or related fields. * Valid certification as Crane Operator and/or Rigger (mandatory). * **"Train the Trainer" certification**. * Accreditation or certification in lifting operations and lifting equipment (desirable). * Minimum 5 years of experience in lifting operations or evaluations. ***Required Work Experience:*** * Minimum 5 years of documented experience in: * Lifting operations. * Operations involving suspended loads. * Practical evaluations or operations in mining or heavy industry. * Valued specific experience: Senior Rigger; Crane Operator. * Practical evaluator of lifting operators or personnel. * Experience working at mining units under a 14x7 regime. ***Main Responsibilities:*** * Administer theoretical assessments via digital platform. * Conduct practical assessments in a controlled circuit. * Verify pre-operational inspections of lifting equipment. * Evaluate lifting maneuvers, signaling, and safe equipment configuration. * Record results and digital evidence (checklists, photos, and videos). * Report technical findings and deviations to the service supervisor. * Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols during evaluations. ***Working Conditions:*** * Mode: On-site at camp. * Work schedule: 14x7\. * Shift up to 12 hours per day (day shift). * Project duration: 6 months. * Transportation, meals, and accommodation provided. * Residence in Lima (required). * Salary range: S/ 8,000 monthly (maximum). ***Benefits*** * Market-competitive salary * Formal employment registration from day one – General Regime * Full CTS (Compensatory Time Off) * 30 calendar days of vacation * Essalud health insurance * 14 monthly salaries annually: 12 months \+ 2 bonuses (Independence Day and Christmas). * Excellent work environment If you meet the profile and wish to join a high-level mining project, **apply now and become part of a team committed to safety and operational excellence!** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1\.00 \- S/.2\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Please indicate your place of residence and your current contact phone number. * Do you have availability to work under a 14x7 regime, and what is your expected monthly salary (S/.)? * Do you hold a "Train the Trainer" certification? * Do you have experience as a Senior Rigger and/or Crane Operator?
