On behalf of our client—a leading infrastructure and services company—we are seeking an Operations Manager. **PROFILE:** * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Systems Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 4 years of experience in similar roles. * PMP certification preferred. * Valid Class A1 driver’s license. * Knowledge of Control Center Operations, Process Management, and People Management. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. * Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Lead the planning and execution of area operations, ensuring service continuity and efficient response to operational situations. * Manage human, material, and technological resources within the area, guaranteeing achievement of established goals and performance indicators. * Design, implement, and monitor management processes and indicators to optimize operational performance and decision-making. * Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance process efficiency, optimize resources, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. * Supervise adherence to procedures, protocols, and operational guidelines, promoting continuous improvement and reduction of rework. * Administer contracts and coordinate with strategic suppliers to ensure proper delivery of services under your responsibility. * Lead, develop, and support the team, fostering a positive work environment, talent development, and effective conflict resolution. * Coordinate with various internal departments and external entities to drive improvement initiatives and strengthen operational management. * Participate in the investigation and analysis of operational incidents, proposing preventive and corrective actions that contribute to service safety and continuity. Lead the monitoring of initiatives and projects aimed at optimizing infrastructure, processes, and user experience, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives.
