JOB POSTING: WOK COOK / CHIFERO (LINCE) Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and passionate Wok Cook / Chifero to join our team. We seek a proactive candidate with excellent culinary skills and the ability to lead the rapid dispatch of hot dishes. Requirements: Residence: Must reside in the district of Lince or nearby areas (Jesús María, San Isidro, La Victoria). Competencies: Strong sense of responsibility, organization, food hygiene, and commitment. Skills: Technical mastery of the wok (fire control/stir-frying), speed, and excellent teamwork under pressure. Experience: Proven experience in preparing chaufa rice. Main Responsibilities: Preparation and dispatch of dishes in the wok station, adhering to standard recipes. Control portion sizes, station supply (mise en place), and cooking doneness.
