Position Summary: We are seeking two passionate and committed Pastry Assistants to join our growing catering team, supporting dessert production and decoration. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in pastry production and handling of ingredients. 2. Knowledge of dough preparation, creams, and decoration. 3. Teamwork and a collaborative environment with passion for pastry. We are Lucitana, a catering company with over 20 years of experience. We are expanding our pastry division — an area we have always dreamed of developing — and are currently looking for two pastry assistants. Requirements: Completed secondary education and/or technical studies in pastry. Minimum 1 year of experience in pastry production or similar roles. Knowledge of assembly, decoration, and handling of ingredients. Knowledge of dough preparation, creams, and pastry recipes. Commitment, responsibility, and passion for the work. Ability to work in a team and in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities: Production, assembly, and decoration of desserts according to company standards. Inventory rotation and control of ingredients. Support in preparing various work areas. Compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations. Maintaining order and cleanliness in the production area.
