We seek a responsible, analytical, organized, and detail-oriented individual with experience in accounting processes and payroll management. Requirements * Technical or university graduate in Accounting. * Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll management. * Experience using CONCAR. * Intermediate-level Excel: pivot tables, lookups, and data validations. * Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail. * Availability to work onsite in Surco. Main Responsibilities * Recording and validation of purchases and sales in the accounting system. * Payroll calculation and PLAME filing. * Preparation of bank reconciliations and analysis of discrepancies. * Management of deductions and withholdings: recording, payments, and follow-up. * Preparation and control of employee payroll records. * Calculation and control of social benefits. * Review, recording, and control of mobility settlements. * Filing and documentary control of supporting documents: invoices, receipts, credit notes, and debit notes. Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Work Location: Surco, Lima Salary: S/ 1,500 to S/ 2,000, depending on evaluation and experience. Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.2,000\.00 per month Work Location: Onsite employment
