Position Summary: We are seeking a Pharmaceutical Chemist to assume the Technical Management role and supervise the pharmacy operations of a specialized clinic. Key Responsibilities: 1. Today, we seek talent for the following position: **Pharmaceutical Chemist – Technical Director** **Main Responsibilities:** * Assume the Technical Management and supervise the clinic's pharmacy operations in accordance with current health regulations. * Manage inventory and availability of pharmaceutical products, medical devices, and healthcare supplies, ensuring timely replenishment. * Supervise receipt, storage, dispensing, internal distribution, returns, write-offs, batches, and expiration dates. * Manage minimum and maximum stock levels, turnover, reorder points, and critical items to prevent stockouts and overstocking. * Manage and maintain up-to-date medication kits, devices, and supplies required for surgeries and other procedures. * Supervise compliance with Good Pharmacy Practice, proper storage, cold chain management, pharmacovigilance, and technovigilance. * Maintain updated records, procedures, and regulatory reports related to the Pharmacy Service. **Academic Qualifications:** * Professional degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry. * Valid professional registration and license (mandatory). * Availability to assume the Technical Management of the Pharmacy (mandatory). * Training in pharmaceutical management, hospital logistics, and Good Practices (preferred). **Knowledge Requirements:** * Health regulations applicable to pharmaceutical establishments and pharmacies within healthcare facilities. * Good Pharmacy Practice and Good Storage Practice. * Inventory management, supply chain, stock cards, batch tracking, expiration date control, and cold chain management. * Management of pharmaceutical products, medical devices, and healthcare supplies. * Pharmacovigilance and technovigilance. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. **Experience Requirements:** * Experience as a Pharmaceutical Chemist in clinics, hospitals, or healthcare facilities (mandatory). * Experience in Technical Management or pharmacy supervision (preferred). * Experience in inventory management, supply chain, and pharmaceutical warehouse control (mandatory). * Preferred experience in hospital pharmacy and management of surgical procedure supplies. **Other Requirements:** * Immediate availability (mandatory).
