Position Summary: We are seeking a Pharmacy Technician to dispense medications, provide customer service, drive sales, and manage inventory with a strong service orientation and proactivity. Professional development in a proactive, results-oriented work environment Pharmacy Technician – Main Responsibilities * Dispense medications and pharmaceutical products in compliance with current regulations. * Provide courteous, efficient, and customer satisfaction-oriented customer service. * Drive sales through product recommendations and promotions. * Receive, organize, and control the inventory of medications and products. * Verify expiration dates and apply proper product rotation (FEFO). * Maintain well-stocked, organized shelves with appropriate product display. * Assist with cash handling and issuance of payment receipts. * Adhere to pharmacy protocols and achieve established goals. Position Profile * Certified Pharmacy Technician. * Experience in pharmacies or drugstores (preferred). * Strong service orientation and excellent customer service skills. * Responsibility, honesty, and commitment. * Proactivity, organization, and teamwork. * Results orientation and goal achievement. Salary: Starting from S/.1,200\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
