Job Summary: We are seeking a Pharmacy Technician with a patient-centered service orientation to ensure safe and high-quality pharmaceutical care. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer service with guidance on pharmaceutical products. 2. Inventory management of medications under the FEFO system. 3. Operational cash handling, collections, and daily reporting. At Dada Farma, a Peruvian pharmacy chain, we are searching for top talent to fill the position of **Pharmacy Technician**. Our mission is to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality care for all Peruvian families. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Certified Pharmacy Technician, graduate or final-year student in Pharmacy (or Nursing Technician with relevant experience). * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months to 1 year in similar roles within pharmacies, institutional pharmacies, or clinics. * **Knowledge:** Inventory management, Good Storage Practices (GSP), and dispensing. * **Skills:** Fluent communication, results orientation, and patient-centered service commitment. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Customer Service and Sales:** Guide customers on pharmaceutical and related products following internal protocols. * **Inventory Management:** Receive, record, shelf-clean, and monitor medication stock under the FEFO system. * **Cash Handling:** Perform operational collection, cash reconciliation, and daily reporting. **Working Conditions:** * **Schedules:** Fixed or rotating shifts as agreed (with 1 day off per week). · **Compensation:** Market-competitive salary and attractive bonuses and incentives based on achievement of commercial targets. * **Work Location:** On-site in Chorrillos or Villa el Salvador.
