Available Locations \* Barranco \* Miraflores \* Mallplaza Comas What Are We Looking For? \* Previous experience as a manager, supervisor, or team leader — preferably in restaurants or fast-food establishments. \* Ability to lead, motivate, and organize teams. \* Excellent attitude and service orientation. \* Strong communication skills and ability to resolve daily situations. \* Ability to work under pressure and meet goals. \* Organization, responsibility, and initiative. \* Availability to work rotating shifts. \* Residence near the location. \* Sanitary Certificate (if you don’t have one, we’ll help you obtain it!). What Will Be Your Mission? Be responsible for the proper operation of the store, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to La Meu’s standards. Your main responsibilities will include: \* Leading and supervising the team during your shift. \* Organizing and assigning staff duties. \* Supervising customer service, cash handling, and product preparation. \* Ensuring compliance with processes and quality standards. \* Managing inventory, supplies, and shrinkage. \* Conducting and supervising cash reconciliation. \* Enforcing cleaning and safety protocols. \* Resolving incidents and providing timely solutions. \* Driving sales and achieving store objectives. \* Performing store opening and/or closing procedures.
