Operational team leadership and production schedule control. **PREPARATION SUPERVISOR** At **SC Ingeniería y Construcción SAC**, a company operating in the metal-mechanical, electro-mechanical, construction, and mining sectors, we are looking for a Preparation Supervisor with experience in controlling and supervising the preparation processes of metallic structures and industrial piping, ensuring compliance with technical standards, safety requirements, and project schedules. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise cutting, layout, and preparation of metallic materials. * Verify compliance with structural and isometric drawings. * Control dimensions and technical specifications. * Coordinate with warehouse regarding material availability and traceability. * Supervise operational work teams. * Monitor production timelines and performance. * Comply with and enforce industrial safety regulations. * Prepare daily and weekly progress reports. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in industrial technical fields, mechanical engineering, metal-mechanical engineering, or related disciplines. * Minimum 3 years of experience in preparation of metallic structures or piping. * Experience leading operational teams. * Knowledge of drawing interpretation and dimensional control. * Basic Excel skills for reporting purposes. * Availability to work in Huachipa. **Offered:** * Formal employment contract with all statutory benefits. * Job stability and growth opportunities. * Positive work environment.
