Job Summary: An HSE professional with experience in safety management, risk prevention, and regulatory compliance in construction and energy sectors. Key Highlights: 1. Supervise compliance with OSH standards and procedures. 2. Identify hazards and assess operational risks. 3. Provide safety inductions and training to personnel. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Hygiene and Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) in safety management and risk prevention activities within construction, energy, or related sectors. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise compliance with OSH standards and procedures. * Identify hazards and assess risks in operational activities. * Prepare and verify JSA (Job Safety Analysis), ATS (Safe Work Method Statement), and work permits. * Conduct safety inspections and follow up on corrective actions. * Provide safety inductions and training to personnel. * Verify proper use of PPE. * Report incidents, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions. * Support the management and updating of OSH documentation.
