Position Summary: We are seeking a Primary Education Assistant (tutor) to provide pedagogical support and conduct academic and behavioral follow-up of students, with opportunities to teach classes. Teaching classes in areas of specialization Colegio Izaguirre de San Martín de Porres requires recent graduates or final-year students—primarily from faculties of Education or Pedagogical Institutes—to fill the position of Primary Education Assistant (tutor). They will receive advisory support to perform their pedagogical duties optimally. Work schedule is Monday through Friday, as follows: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays: 7:20 AM to 3:30 PM. Tuesdays and Thursdays: 7:20 AM to 5:00 PM. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Convene, attend to, and inform parents about their children's academic and behavioral status. * Assist students with their homework. * Timely record significant incidents related to students' behavior and conduct. * Teach 12 hours of classes in areas of specialization. REQUIREMENTS: * Reside in Los Olivos, San Martín de Porres, or neighboring districts. * Not older than 30 years. * Possess a laptop or PC (including printer) and computer literacy (mandatory).
