Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to lead continuous improvement initiatives, design and document processes, and ensure standardization to optimize operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead continuous improvement initiatives and change management 2. Process design, documentation, and standardization 3. Analysis of workflows, roles, and critical points **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Bachelor's degree or higher** in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Systems Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields. * **Minimum 1 year** of experience in process-based management. * **Knowledge** of BPMN 2.0, process documentation, KPIs, and procedure development. * **Ability** to lead continuous improvement initiatives, change management, and process standardization. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Map current processes. * Analyze workflows, roles, and critical points. * Design and document future processes. * Develop process documentation and diagrams. * Identify risks and improvement opportunities. * Coordinate interviews and workshops. * Define process indicators. * Support process implementation. * Maintain up-to-date documentation.
